Supported Browsers For ClearAg Web App

We are currently only supporting the following browsers for the Iteris ClearAg Web App:

Tutorial: Completing Registration From Created Account

We are currently only supporting the following browsers for the Iteris ClearAg Web App:

You will receive a registration email inviting you to create a new account at clearag.com. Click on this link to open the ClearAg Registration page.

First, enter your preferred First and Last Name. Next, choose a password between 8 and 30 characters and then repeat the password for verification. Finally, choose from the dropdown list whether you wish to use Imperial or Metric units of measurements. When you are satisfied with your settings, click the “Complete Registration” button to finish your registration.

After you complete the account registration, you will be redirected to the main login page. Enter your email address and password, then click “Sign In” to enter the ClearAg web interface.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link. A dialogue for resetting your password will appear. Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Instructions.” A new email will shortly arrive in your registered email inbox.

If you still cannot access the website, click on the “Need Help?” link to open the ClearAg Technical Support contact information page. Contact Iteris via phone or email, and a technical support associate will respond to you as soon as possible during regular support hours.

Tutorial: Creating a Subgroup

You will receive a registration email inviting you to create a new account at clearag.com. Click on this link to open the ClearAg Registration page.

When you are satisfied with your settings, click the “Complete Registration” button to finish your registration.

Now that you have created and logged into your account, your first task will be to add a SubGroup to organize your overall organization/company. The default page that loads when you log in will display all the available Farms in your organization(s). When you first start, this page will be blank and list Farms, Fields, and Acres as “0”.

To create one or more SubGroups to organize your account, click on the “People” tab located at the top of the page. This page will display all your organization’s People, Farm Groups, and Regional Groups.

Once loaded, there will be the option to add SubGroups or People. Click on the “+Add Your First Group” button. Name your SubGroup, and select what type of SubGroup it will be: a Regional Group or a Farm Group.

Tutorial: Editing Your Profile

Editing your profile can be accomplished in two ways.
  • From the “People” tab, click the blue “Edit Profile” link near your profile picture.
  • Clicking on the profile picture in the upper right and clicking “Edit Profile”

This editing page allows users to modify many aspects of their profile, including:
  • Profile picture
  • First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Preferred units (Imperial/Metric)

Click “Save & Update” to implement changes.

Tutorial: Changing Password

From the login page click the “Forgot Password?” Link.

Provide your ClearAg app email address.

Click the blue button labeled “Send Reset Instructions.”

Follow the instructions within the email to complete the password change/reset process. Remember passwords need to be between 8 and 30 characters.

Click “Save & Update” to implement changes.

Tutorials

Tutorial: Adding a Farm

Having created your SubGroup, click on the tab “Locations” located at the top of the page. To create your new Farm, click on the “+ Add Farm” button located in the upper right portion of the page.

Fill in the form, providing a Farm name, Zip Code, Location*, Owner/Operator, and which Farm Group to which it will belong.

*The Location text box generates dynamic results as you type. Once the list populates the correct location, click on the location to add it to your Farm.

Click the “Add Farm” button to display the Farm Settings page.

There are two types of settings to choose from - “General” and “Advanced.” The active setting is highlighted in blue. To switch between settings, click the option that is grayed out to activate.

General settings include hours of field operation and nominal drying cost ($/Pt/Bu).

Advanced settings include:.

Crops grown (check box)

Crop characteristics for each of the selected crops from the “Crops Grown” section



  • Planting Capacity (Acres/hour)
  • Harvesting Capacity (Acres/hour)
  • Harvest Moisture (%)
  • Storage Moisture (%)


Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom to save settings

Tutorial: Adding as Field

From the “Locations” tab click the desired farm to which a new field is going to be added.

Once the farm screen has loaded, click the “+ Add Field" button located below the Farm Activity notifications.

To narrow the location of the field, search for the given field’s address in the search locations search bar, then refine your area by clicking and dragging the map and zoom in or out.

  • After identifying your location, place the dimensions of the field on the map using the Rectangle or Polygon tool found on the left side of the map.

To create a squared field, click the square icon on the left side of the map. Left-click on the map, then drag the square outline to set the dimensions of the field.

To create a polygon shaped field, click on the polygon shaped icon on the left side of the map. Left-click to start drawing the shape of the field.

To add additional field corners, move the mouse to the appropriate location and left-click on the map.

To finish making field shapes, click on the first point.

To make edits to either the rectangular or polygonal field, click the square with the pencil on the left side of the map.

Having set the Field boundaries, click the “Save” button to proceed to the next screen relating to field information.

The field information screen has loaded, provide the required information: Field Name and Size (Acres); drop down options include Irrigation type, Surface Drainage, and Subsurface Drainage. Click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page once all information has been provided.

After clicking “Add”, a summary of the Field information will be displayed, along with the option to add a crop.

Fill in the required information for the crop: Crop type, Maturity, Size (Acres), and Planting Date or Estimated Planting Date.

If there is more than one crop in the field click the gray “Add Crop” button. This will load an interface similar to the one described above.

Fill in the required information. Once the data has been added, click the blue “Save” button. You will be returned to the “Locations” page showing the Field(s) associated with your Farm(s).

Tutorial: Editing a Crop or Field

From the “Locations” tab click the desired farm to which the field is going to be edited.

Click on the drop down arrow at the far right of the field to open the drop down menu.

Click the “Edit Field” menu item to open the field’s current crop configuration.

To edit the field settings, click the link “Edit Field Data” below the light gray field information.

When finished editing field data, click the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Tutorial: Add Scouting Report

From the “Locations” tab click the desired farm to which a new field is going to be added.

Once the farm screen has loaded, click the “+ Add Field" button located below the Farm Activity notifications.
